Life is a living hell, crippling fatigue and brain fog
23, Male, Caucasian, 5'10, 165 lbs Hello all, I'm sure many of you can relate to my story so here goes. My health has felt like it’s been in the crapper for way too long. When I was 12-13 I was diagnosed with mild GERD (acid reflux). It affected my sleep a little bit from what I remember

Continuous Periods
So over the last three to four years I've been suffering with continuous bleeding. There are small gaps, for example I've been on my period in some form for 3 months now, I had a five day gap last week but still spotted lightly. I've had lost medication in the past to treat it, the pill, Tranexamic

Alpha Lipoic Acid, Selenium and Milk Thistle - Reply.
This is really in answer to MrB_123 question. However, this question pop's up from time to time. Taking supplements, homeopathic or herbal remedies can end up doing more harm than good to not only

5-HTP - A Trigger?
I take quite a few supplements. These days before I buy anything new I Google the name of the supplement and AFib to see if I get any legitimate hits. Wanting to try a new sleep aid that has 25 mg of 5-HTP I was surprised to see a few references that said 5-HTP was a trigger for some. Because it helps

Omega 3 in fish
I bought a copy of Gordon Ramsey's Healthy Appetite from the charity shop the other day and in it he writes about oily fish saying " The fish must, however be fresh - tinned tuna, sardines etc., won't give you the same benefits because most of those omega-3's are lost in the canning process". Does anyone

Trying to deny what is real
One of the things I value more than anything else is honesty, I hate deceit. That makes this post so hard to type. When I was in hospital last year one of the biggest issues we processed was growing up in a family where my Dad and an older brother were pedophiles. Even typing that is hard. Unfortunately

Taking Control of my PCOS
It’s been a while since I’ve given an update or posted anything. But lots have happened over the last few weeks/months so hard to know where to begin. I’ll go with my sleep study. I did my sleep study…..well I tried to. How anyone sleeps with that contraption hooked up to them is beyond me. Between the

Rescue required
Been nursing a slightly grumbly knee for a while, but it’s generally been fine if I don’t stray far beyond 10k. Found myself on a lane in the middle of nowhere today, about the furthest point from home, when it finally gave up. Slight grumble became full on pain, and when I walked for a bit I found
