Vulvic pain - Lichen Sclerosis and Vaginismus have been diagnosed but I wonder if that's not all I have. Maybe I have other conditions too.
I was told to stop the steroid and use
Lidocaine
to numb the area before sex. I've been using this for eight months with no improvement. It has not been the case that intercourse is possible as I still split every time.

Moskowitz Plasticity: Brain Maps
He is on high morphine dose, and has monthly
lidocaine
infusion which have become less effective over time. He has tried combination of anti-depressants/anti-seizure drugs. All caused more and severe problems. I have read about Moskowitz brain pain maps. has anyone tried them?

Lungs filling, won't stop—is this end stage?
She started to crash again in their IR, because she had to be awake while they cut her and inserted tubes, and the
lidocaine
failed (she felt it all and went into shock). We heard her screaming from down the hall.

After hubby discussed the pros and cons of the patches with a pharmacist ...settled on Salonpas
Lidocaine
. Used one just before hubby left for a doctors appointment....within minutes was in a scary situation.

Pain Management? Need Help Deciding!
I use tramadol (which is meh) and xanax (also, meh) plus topicals like
lidocaine
and diclo. and LOTS of ice. my docs are recommending switching to oxycodone or a fentanyl patch, both of which make me soooooooooooo nervous.

New here, wanted to say Hi to all and thanks!
I was put onto a drip of Amiodarone and also
Lidocaine
and in the early hours of the morning I was stabilised. I am now out of hospital, and have had my meds tweaked quite a lot. I am being paced at 90bpm all the time and they have temporarily disabled my second wire in my ICD.

Methotrexate- your experience
Now having been on Meth, for 3 days I'm experiencing extreme fatigue and pain in new places (back right side, calves, forearms) I've cheated, in my mind, by taking my opiates, & slapping on a
lidocaine
patch. Please share your experience, explain if worthwhile to push through.

She has given him
Lidocaine
patches for lower back where the break is. Wow. First time ever used and instant relief. Not to be worn longer than 12 hours so just overnight. Slept like a brick too. That was a huge plus. But...soon as the patch came off...wham pain straight back.

Infusion for Raynaud's and Erythromelalgia?
She is looking into the possibility of an infusion of either
lidocaine
or ketamine. Has anyone else had success with either of these (if you have both conditions)? I often see posts for iloprost, but haven't seen these drugs so much. However, I am in the US, so that maybe is the difference.
