Zoloft and parkinson's
I take Zoloft (Sertraline) 100mgs daily. I have been on this medication for many years before the parkinson's diagnosis. My hand tremors are not stopping after starting 6 weeks ago C/L 25/100 (generic Sinemet) 1 pill, three times a day? My family Doc said that maybe the Zoloft is the reason for the continuity

Zanubrutinib and ACE inhibitors
I am approaching the start of treatment for the first time. I have for many years been taking an ACE inhibitor (perindropril) for high blood pressure, which is now well controlled. I have CLL, my lymphocyte count is doubling quickly (~2 months) and my haematologist is considering options for treatment

PLMD and withdrawal
Three weeks ago I stopped (after tapering slowly) gabapentin. I have also been reducing morphine sulphate from 8mg by .01mL every 5 days for the last three weeks. PLMD off the charts. I take 2mg lunesta every 3 nights -- and not more -- in the hopes of not getting addicted. Those nights are better

Back in sinus rhythm
I posted last week about return of AF following a lung cancer operation. The GP (in UK) increased Bisoprolol from 5 mg to 7.5 mg and after a week I am back with a steady heart rate and rhythm.

Pregabalin doseage
Hi, so i have now been on 150mg/day and i'm still experiencing very acute pain in my legs (quads mostly and calves) I have to get up and take ibruprofen plus co-codamol. As I am a PT and train a lot, it can be hard to separate what might be RLS vs training soreness. I first went on Ropinirole after

NASH & yellow diarrhea
Hi, I was diagnosed with NASH about 2 years ago.. I lost around 4 stone and my diet was a lot better, liver enzymes were in normal range. I then started on leflunomide for my rheumatoid arthritis around a month ago, and my ALT shot up to 100. I've been stopped the drug for about 2 weeks now but since

Abaris
Hello everyone, I'm still on the quest for wellness. I was wondering if anyone had tried Abaris which is a TRH . Quite new on the market I think. I'm piling the weight on as I can't treat my thyroid without reacting to the meds. I was looking further upstream at TRH. I live in the UK so probably wouldn't
