Heat pads
After getting rid of pramipexole using kratom, I continued on kratom as it turned out to be quite effective keeping the jittering down. I don't know if it is the cold weather or tolerance to kratom, but RLS is rearing it's ugly head again. The symptoms are disruptive but nothing like the horror I experienced

Osteochondral defect, loose bodies in the knee and Baker's cyst.
Hi everyone,Hope you are all managing. Since the beginning of the year, I have been experiencing tear sensation at the back of my right knee. When I told my mum she said it might be that I have added weight. That it would stop when I reduce some weight. In April, I experiened a locked knee. It was

Newly Diagnosed with RSL and trying to get my head around it!
In the space of a week I have gone from a sane and active older lady to a sleep deprived zombie, unable to grasp how this diagnosis, which sounds relatively innocuous, is about to disrupt and change my life and I'm struggling to come terms with the prospect of living with what I can only describe as

Hope, perhaps?
Hi everyone, I just wanted to post a little positivity on here! I know how difficult it is to live with endo (of course), so I wanted to share any positive experiences to anyone who might need it.I had my first laparoscopy (both diagnostic and therapeutic, in the end), in July, so I'm about 6 weeks out

Some good news
Just to keep you all up to date. I have been on 50mg daily of Agomelatine, for depression, foe the padt month. I feel the best I have felt in years!. Severe restless legs are 75% better. Some nights I have no rls at all. Always good to have a good news story - especially for me after the last 6 months

Pred and painkillers
Hi all Can you tell me what painkillers are safe to take with Pred. Is ibuprofen and aspirin off limits and if so what do you suggest for general aches and pains. Many thanks.

Claiming victory!
For the past several years, I've had
leg
/hip
pain
which forced me to slow down on many activities - hiking, biking, horseback riding, or just walking along with friends. I felt my life was shrinking.

Hip/leg pain
Wondering if there is anyone else out there with bad
leg
pain
and sometimes unable to walk or have a proper night sleep, and what you did? It seems to radiate from hip to knee on the right hand side, however when it first appeared in 2011 in was in my left leg.

Increased bleeding after first scan…
hi everyone, this is my first post. First IVF cycle. I have PCOS and my bleeds are extremely unpredictable. I started my current cycle with very light murky bleeding and because there was nothing else to go on and none of my bleeds are the same, we started the protocol given by our doctor.

ibuprofen & Pramipexole
Nearly 3am and wondering why the Pramipexole is not working. Have just discovered that Ibuprofen renders Pramipexole ineffective and I took a couple of Ibuprofen as a pain killer. Will I ever get to sleep? Does the Ibuprofen wear off.? If/when it does, will the the pramipexole kick in or do I have to

Urgent help needed. Extremely severe RLS, cannot identify cause.
It's so goddamn severe that at this point, I either have the most severe case of RLS in medical history or it's something else. I rate it 9 on the severity scale. Did every possible test related to RLS (iron, vitamin D, etc) except for for transferrin saturation and serum iron because it wasn't available

Requip and Collagen
I have been taking Requip for several years and started taking Collagen last year as I had come off HRTand my hair and nails were in a terrible condition. I seem to remember seeing that taking both was not advised, is that correct? I have gone back on HRT but it has not made any difference.

Update
I've finally come off ropinirole and am taking pregabalin150 mg only. It's not been easy. It's now 4 weeks since the last sliver of ropinirole and since then the symptoms have started to slowly creep back. I know from advice here that this is to be expected and the pregabalin dose can be increased. The
