HI everyone. I have another scan next month, and I am not looking forward to what it will say. I found out in 2018 I have osteopenia. My doctor believes I am in stage 2/3 now. I fell 2 years ago on the ground next to my car. I rebroke my foot in the same spot as 4 years earlier from a head on collision. I wasn't thinking about the diagnosis's back then, but now I am!
I have lower back pains between my L1-L4, which we thought was spinal cord issues, but it now seems as it is all connected. In 2018 it was just my lower back that fell under osteopenia, but now i believe it is in my neck, and lower back. Also, I had a hip replacement in Novemebr 2022, and I always have leg pain. I will ask my surgeon once i have the results if this is something that could hurt me as far as falling and it will continue to cause me pain.
I am planning my trips for this coming holidays and my birthday next year, am I thinking to much into this? Should I still plan my trip? I live in Alaska, one of the most beautiful states you can live in. Last winter we had A LOT of snow, and ice and that worries me since I work outside the home.
There is more but I will end it here. What are some tips you can offer to help me not worry everyday until I get my scan done? And After?
