Anyone on Ibrance have lowering haemoglobin and rising liver enzyme AST? Concerned it may be cancer in marrow....
Hi all I've been on Ibrance and Letrozole since MBC diagnosis in August 2019 to bones and marrow (after primary bilateral mastectomy, immediate lat dorsi reconstruction, chemo, rads, and Herceptin in 2010). Stable CT scans since, but now AST liver enzyme rising, my Ferritin (which is odd with low haemoglobin

Cholesterol levels, what's the latest advice?
After my heart attack 8 years ago I was put on Atorvastatin 80mg. I was 65. I asked my consultant what my levels should be and he said as long as my total cholesterol was comfortably below 4 mmol/l he was happy. After a bit of experimentation I found that 40mg kept me at a total Chol3.6, HDL1.64, LDL1.6

Cholestoral confusion
Serum triglycerides has been highlighted in red 0.5, HDL 2.1,
LDL
3.2, non HDL level 3.4, cholestoral/HDL ratio 2.6 and BMI is 25. Is there anything I should be doing to improve this or is it ok ish? Thanks.

What to try next for my thyroid (+ to get pregnant)??
Hello everyone! I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2018 at age 38 as part of my fertility investigations (we have been trying to conceive since 2016). Then in 2019 I tested my antibodies and discovered it was Hashimoto's. When I first started measuring my antibodies in 2019, the TPO varied from

Can Anyone Tell me About These Blood Test Results?
I have a friend who seems to be exhibiting thyroid trouble. He is lethargic (he is usual active) he has problems sleeping, has dry skin and psoriasis, has difficulty walking, has mood swings etc. Unfortunately, his doctors will not listen to him and have refused in this instance to undertake a FT3 test

Why take a statin drug?
The year before this, my numbers were
LDL
=121, HDL=57. Total cholesterol was 200, and on the most recent test it was down to 192 (optimal = <200) . So everything now is either optimal or near optimal.

Diagnosed with hypo and given Levo in 2016 - (was euthyroid at 125mg for past year). I was recently sent for blood tests on an unrelated matter. Tinnitus and Flecainide
I've been taking Flecanide (100mg 2x per day) and Metropolol for AFiB following two failed ablation for almost 3 years. My AFIB is well controlled and I've had no events during that time. I'm 65, healthy and very fit. Unfortunately, I've developed a severe case of Tinnitus that started in April 2020

As a refresher, I was invited to participate in two clinical trials. I chose the AMG 509 program, which is local, instead of QuEST1, which is 2 hours away by car. There were few data points to assist in the decision. The Doctors and administrators from NCI were supportive and accommodating. They invited
