Looking at previous post you said you had dose reduced. So how long after this reduction was this blood test done?

Your vitamins are all on low side

Vitamin D at 22nmol is described as deficient. It is so low you need to see GP for prescription for loading dose. This is a very high daily dose over 6-8 weeks typically.

It's recommended on here to take magnesium supplement and vitamin K2 Mk7 when on high dose vitamin D. Vitamin K2 helps direct increased calcium levels to bones.

NHS will only prescribe vitamin D to bring up to around 50-75nmol. But on Levothyroxine we trend to need it higher, you can self supplement after that. Aiming to get level around 100nmol.

Better You vitamin D mouth spray is good as avoids poor gut function of hypothyroid

Vitamin D, isn't actually a vitamin it's a pre-steroid hormone and incredibly important.

Ferritin is also too low. Needs to be above 70ug for thyroid hormones to work well. Eating liver once a week should help improve.

B12 and folate are both borderline. Taking a good vitamin B complex with folate in (not folic acid) should help improve

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Don't start everything at once. Most important to get vitamin D improved first. You might start magnesium supplement while waiting to see GP.

Low vitamins are probably direct result of Levothyroxine dose being reduced/too low

Low vitamins tend to result in low TSH, resulting in GP reducing dose - whereas they should test FT3 and FT4 plus vitamins to assess full picture

You will need to retest Thyroid levels 2-3 months after all vitamins are optimal

Thank you so much for all of your advice! You have no idea how helpful this is. This test was done the day after the reduction.
