Blood results - help! New here

Hi, I'm new here but wondered if anyone could help me work out what's going on. I am seeing an American Dr (Skype) via my nutritionist - not yet ventured to NHS as been put off as 'making it up' for too long - 'although your symptoms suggest underactive Thyroid' .. grrrr! Apologies for the rather long post! I was told in January that I had both Hashi's and Graves (I was diagnosed with Hashi's March 17). I was on 2 grain NDT until Nov 17 when they switched me to Levothyroxine 100 mcg for a month - then back to 2 grain NDT. I was put on Liothyronine 25 mcg twice daily for a month in March this year and felt better on that and managed to lose a couple of pounds too (impossible beforehand). I'm now back on 2 grain NDT and feeling foggy headed, exhausted and all the rest - not as bad as not having anything but not good. I am gluten free and try to eat as clean as possible and take adrenal, coq10, D3-k2, vit B12 supplements. Latest results are:

Hi Swannp, I doubt if anyone will be able to interpret your test results as your medication has changed so frequently. Swapping and changing like this could make you feel very poorly. Why so many changes?

I guess trying to work out what might make me feel better. Was at an all time low when I went to my nutritionist and she has been great - I now have a diagnosis which is a major step forward. No idea really why so many changes other than trying to get a positive change.
