Aldehydes and thiamine and Candida
Are aldehydes depleting your b1? An interesting theory: http://www.outthinkingparkinsons.com/articles/dopamine-aldehyde http://drhoustonanderson.com/sensitive-noses-aldehyde-sniff-test/ Candida produces aldehydes, and Candida overgrowth can be caused by steroid injections for hayfever, asthma inhalers

Vitamin C
Anybody got and suggestions on a good vitamin C supplement I've read that vitamin C crystal powder is the best And you can make a good drink out of the powder rather than tablets. Also will it interfere with my meds? Atorvastatin . Tricagrelor. Aspirin. And lanzaprozole

Science or Snake Oil: does EASEaCOLD really help to shorten your cold?
[i]"There is very little evidence the herbal and vitamin supplements in EASEaCOLD Cold and Flu, Day and Night help to treat the common cold, or the symptoms associated with a cold. Some, such as echinacea and garlic, may help to prevent a cold, or reduce its length or severity if taken prior to the cold

Chelated Vitamin C drip therapy for Advanced Prostate Cancer
I recently asked a holistic doctor about taking Vitamin K2 supplements, which he recommended 45mcg daily but what he strongly recommended was chelated vit. C drips of about 20 sessions. I think the idea is to remove heavy metals from my body. Does anyone know whether this helps and whether it helps

Liposomal B12, a great idea?
Hi everyone. Has anyone considered using Liposomal B12? I don't see much (if any) talk about this anywhere, and I'm thinking that this could be a great product to use instead of (or for those who can't get) injections. Without going into too much of my history, I've been a bit fan of Vitamin C for the

Does Vitamin C really help with CLL?
Has anyone else seen the report in the New Scientist of 25.08.17 which reported on trials involving mice and large intravenous doses of Vitamin C? I have been sent a clipping from this periodical, but I am very confused by this report. Firstly the report does not specify what type of chronic leukaemia
