I'd like to know the answer myself as I'm taking the same. You've just prompted me to look at the ingredients, and sure enough...

Is this the one where it says Vit C Calcium Ascorbate?
You really need ascorbic acid or for a non-acidic one look at a wholefood Vit C such as Acerola Cherry.
I would be cautious and take your Solgar supplement 4 hours away from thyroid meds then eventually change to a different sort.
Yes that is the one calcium ascorbate! So which once are the best just pure vitamin c ?

I said in my reply above.

But solgar is non acidic but it has got calcium in it

You have a choice
Natural Wholefood Vit C such as Acerola Cherry or
A synthetic Vit C which can be:
1) Ascorbic Acid
2) Calcium Ascorbate
3) Magnesium Ascorbate
4) Mixed Ascorbates
Of the synthetics
1) is acidic, obviously as it's in the name
2) and 3) are non acidic but 2) contains calcium and 3) contains magnesium
4) contains a mixture of usually calcium, magnesium and potassium
So if you don't want extra calcium or magnesium then you avoid 2), 3) and 4).
Your choice for pure Vit C is then
1) Ascorbic acid (synthetic)
or the Wholefood Natural Vit C such as Acerola Cherry
