Hepatopulmonary syndrome
Hiya I'm new to this group. I was wondering if anyone else has hepatopulmonary syndrome? My husband has decompensated liver disease and this hepatopulmonary syndrome he's on the transplant list. Has been for 4 months now. He needs oxygen 24hrs a day just wanted to see if anyone else has this rare complication

We think it may have stopped...!!
Hi all, Following my wife's PLMS for the last 2 years we THINK we may have managed to stop it. No real ground breaking treatment but consistent attempts with trying multiple vitamins and supplements. The breakthrough came following the regular use of iron bisglycinate supplements; a combination of 2

Iron/Ferritin levels
Hi, I was diagnosed with PA earlier on this year. I received my loading doses in May and I'm having a top up injection of B12 every 3 months. Unfortunately, my iron levels are now low. My ferritin level is 5, my iron level is 9 and my saturation level is 11%. My haemoglobin level is normal so my GP

Flare up
Hi, I havnt posted for a while as been ok but this week I'm not well and only assume it's a hashi flare up. I've had a breakdown 2 weeks ago with just everything getting on top of me family problems and to be honest my thyroid and hashi is a major factor. The doctor back in August put me down to 75mcg

Hey everyone, I’ve been pretty quiet on here since our BFN at the beginning of August. 😔. As most of you will know, going through this is more than devastating. But due to this very sad result It made me determined to try and take a bit of control back and try to boost our own chances outside of

Supplement with Iron, Vitamin C and B12 interaction
Quick question, I was looking at this supplement. I’ve read that Vitamin C can reduce dietary absorption of B12. Would the B12 content in the supplement be reduced because of Vitamin C? Can assume it’ll be further taken with orange juice. Thanks! Thorne’s Ferrasorb Vitamin C 15mg B12 300mcg Methylcobalamin

Hidden choline in supplements a risk for Met PCa?
Anyone here taking a Liposomal Vitamin C supplement? I'm wanting to better understand if Phosphatidylcholine (included in most Liposomal Vit C supplements) could be a potential problem for those with metastasised PCa? A daily dose of Liposomal C often contains 500mg of Phosphatidylcholine to increase
