Day four
A meat or fish grilled not fried, usually with garlic, cabbage, carrots and sweet potato and you guessed it all washed down with a cup of tea with 2
laxatives
. A cup of tea for morning and afternoon break and again 2 hours before bed. Everything is in small amounts apart from the cup of tea.

IBS-C or Faecal loading/Narrowing of the colon
However during the past 2 years BM'S have become more and more difficult requiring daily use of
laxatives
(Laxido) including suppositories. Also have to deal with GERD and gastris. I don't have any red flags so it's difficult to have certain test done at the local hospital.

Taper out T3-medication?
Contacted a doctor who ordered some bloodtests for the thyroid and vitamins, and she even put me on
laxatives
. My TSH came out in the upper end of the range 3.9 (ref for TSH 0.4 - 4). T4 14 (ref 10 - 22) T3 5.2 (ref 3 - 6.6). Ferritin at 29.

update on Azacitidine
After 3 it was constipation und UTI so this time I started the prunes ( yuk) and
laxatives
from the beginning. After cycle 4 I started to feel pretty rough and realised I had a fever during the day - not one of my common evening spikes and with likely severe neutropenia I had to go back in.

Disimpaction/post disimpaction queries
The reason we eventually queried it was because he was soiling more than usual for him, and after starting
laxatives
to see if that might help, he started to have some really thin poos as well as soiling.

bowel endo issues
It’s to the point now I can go a week or so with no bowel movement so end up using
laxatives
just to have some relief and at my recent scan to check for changes it was noted that the constipation would be causing the pain and my endo has not changed however it seemed I had hard stools needing to pass

What was left
I continued with the probiotic and
laxatives
along with omeprazole taken the correct way. Sadly never had instruction to take it at least 30 minutes before a meal, it truly makes a difference.

Jakafi and constipation
I've eliminated most refined products from my diet, exercise regularly, drink tons of water and have purchased OTC products to help...Stoll softeners, natural
laxatives
, eat prunes...I'm so disgusted and probably might explode!Any helpful advice out there? 😊

Does anyone have a bad experience taking senna ?
I’d like to think once they get me off the

the symptoms that I find the most unpleasant will go away. Thanks 😊

I’m in so much pain these days and waiting to see the GI doctor to have a colonoscopy and a endoscopy done at the same time . Unfortunately Kaiser is such an amazing hospital that I can’t be seen till mid march since they have to make a bigger time slot for me to have both procedures at once. So he is

I have
laxatives
daily and still can't "go". A huge amount of my chronic pain is from bowel adhesions . The pain gets far worse when I can't go properly. Over the time in hospital and getting home I couldn't go for 5 days.

Appointment at Endo Clinic - should I attend
I am really struggling with bowel movements despite eating all the correct foods, taking
laxatives
, stool softeners, the works. The pains I am having are the same as previously, along with dragging and pulling sensation I had.

Aimovig side effects
The clinical pharmacist is telling me just to take
laxatives
(which then leave me with unpredictable diarrhoea) and is surprised as none of her other patients have this side effect. Anyone else had success sorting out that side of things with Aimovig?

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this but so glad I found it. Thought I'd introduce myself....no point in holding back!
I was told all that could be done was to take
Laxatives
every Morning & I was not allowed to eat any type of Fibre at all. A Low Residue Diet. Since then, over a year later, I am more or less Housebound.

9 year old is so fed up
Just
laxatives
to get regular bowel movements. He hates movicol . Weve exhausted docusate ( it stopped working well) . Senna helps but causes pain and sickness. Im thinking if it would be wise trying glyceryl suppositries? Or lactulose. I want to stick to gentle stuff as he goes well every day.
