Should I get a laparoscopy?
Hi I'm debating whether I should ask for a laparoscopy. I have had debilitating period pain for several years now. It started when I was about 18 and the general trend is it's got progressively worse. The pain is so severe it leaves me screaming and rolling on the floor with intense nausea. The pain is

I ran out of fish oil and did take it for 2 weeks. I notice i was very tired in the mornings and my legs felt week. I bought some fish oil and started taking it again (2400 mg Nature Made). Now my meds last longer i am no longer tired in the morning and my legs do not feel tired any more.

Migraine relief
I researched a lot about migraine relief and natural remedies, and found that peppermint and
lavender
oil
is really good for helping. I purchased both from eBay £0.99 each (or you can buy from other online or retail shops) rather cheaply.

Hypothyroid and levothyroxine just about doing me in
I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and prescribed Levothyroxine. I had no idea I had anything wrong with me, I did have night sweats, and thinning of hair, but never thought much of it as I still felt good. After diagnosis I started on 75mg of Levothyroxine. The night sweats stopped, but gradually

Fish Oil
From what i have read, fatty acids may play a role in reducing lymphocytes. Does that mean fish oil tablets would be a good idea?

Vitamin D deficiency
Hi all! Full blood tests at end of post but starting with my questions! I am hypothyroid taking 100mcg of levothyroxine. As this thread has become really long I'm going to start a second about my other vitamins etc (will add link!) So I had a recent blood test which shows that my vitamin D is still deficient

Castor Oil packs to help fertility?
Like we all do Ive been on google again and found a weird craze of people soaking a cloth in castor oil then putting on their stomach, placing a hotwater bottle on top and laying there for an hour. The theory is that the oil somehow 'fixes and heals' - ive done the hot bottle while doing ivf & believe

Rectal Burning, Rectal Spasms, Bladder Spasms, Burning Labia, numbness, sacral pain, and yes the dreaded Pudendal Pain
I have had it all. A miserable two years. Finally after the third Pudendal Nerve Block I have some real relief. I didn't want to make a post too soon as maybe I was dreaming. I can have a normal bowel movement without feeling like the door is closed. I am sure many of you understand that feeling. I still

Hypoglycemia? Thoughts- suggestions.
As a child I could go whole days without eating if I wanted to but around the age of 16, I started to *need* food regularly. And it has been the same ever since- I am 31 now. I've always just called it hypoglycemia but I haven't ever been diagnosed specifically as such. I have had my blood sugar checked

Recently diagnosed in the last few years?
I was diagnosed in July 2014 and have gained support, understanding and information from others who have been recently diagnosed. I had intense vertigo, facial twitching and fatigue like I've never experienced that brought me in for diagnosis. I thought I might have a brain tumor. Now two years later
