Hypoglycemia? Thoughts- suggestions.
As a child I could go whole days without eating if I wanted to but around the age of 16, I started to *need* food regularly. And it has been the same ever since- I am 31 now. I've always just called it hypoglycemia but I haven't ever been diagnosed specifically as such. I have had my blood sugar checked

Recently diagnosed in the last few years?
I was diagnosed in July 2014 and have gained support, understanding and information from others who have been recently diagnosed. I had intense vertigo, facial twitching and fatigue like I've never experienced that brought me in for diagnosis. I thought I might have a brain tumor. Now two years later

3 Nights in a Row
For years I've suffered from night terrors. I've had 3 nights in a row of relatively good dreams and sleep. It's hard to separate what may have contributed to the change. What I've done differently: 1. Worked through some pretty heavy stuff in counseling from angles that haven't been done before.

Trying out different vitamins
My original count was 33 when o found out I had ITP about 9 weeks ago I looked up many items on ITP and some said diet and vitamins helped. I thought I would give it a try. I totally changed my diet and stopped drinking alcohol I don't know if it is a coincidence or not as I know they can jump up and

Hello, and homocysteine
I'm Ruth, 65 and live in the UK. I recently did the Food for the Brain quiz and came out a bit iffy. So I did as they advised and had my homocysteine tested. The level was 9.4 which puts me at some risk of alzheimers according to their scale. I am aware of my memory and attention being less good than

Irritating Pain / Over-Sensitivity
I have pain on the left side of my penis. The pain is felt on the glans itself (corona), and neck of penis. Not sure how it started exactly, either I injured myself from stretching exercises or it could be pelvic floor muscles tension, they both started around the same time. My erection levels are normal

Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Fish - Marine Omega-3 - EPA & DHA
This is a companion piece to "Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Fish", that considers marine omega-3 from seafood & supplements, & attempts to explain why it may be important in PCa, in spite of conflicting studies. Human studies have yielded confusing results. One might expect inconsistencies between populations
