🍏 🇨🇦 🍁 The Last Lap
🍏Today is our last day in this beautiful country. In spite of icy conditions I managed to do a safe 5k run albeit very slow. Unfortunately my favourite tracks were too dangerous but most of the pavements had been salted and were safe. I ended on a high note by doing the 5k I was after. The Rocky Mountains

Vaginal contractions
I don’t actually know if I have endometriosis I’m waiting to get a letter from the hospital to do tests or
laparoscopy
. The contractions just come when they want, at one point I was getting them multiple times every day for 8-10 weeks. They’re so sharp and sudden.

Advice please
I'm waiting for a 3rd
laparoscopy
before they will do a hysterectomy but I could be waiting another year. I've already waited 8 months to just for my first appointment with a consultant endometriosis specialist. This is getting very frustrating and I feel like mentally it's making me struggle.

Hi Everyone, I’m 1 week post

Post Surgery Issues
Hi All, I had a total laparoscopic hysterectomy in July and all healed well - very happy. Then the past few days the incision in my belly button has started hurting, I have a swollen belly and it feels like a UTI then I have some bleeding from my belly button and it has a red mark around it. It looks

Bit of a Vent
If all goes well, I’ll hopefully get a
laparoscopy
. Then I had an examination and it was SO painful. Like I normally have pain when I’m examined but it was so much worse this time. I also get pain during sex too.

Pelvic Congestion Syndrome
Hi, I had my diagnostic laproscopy 3 days ago. There was no endometriosis, butvthey did diagnose me with pelvic congestion syndrome, as my blood vessels were all enlarged. It's a chronic pelvic pain condition and from what I've read it sounds like me.Has anyone else here been diagnosed with this and

Think I was mainly worried about the results, fortunately, nothing nasty seen and then was hoping he'd say pain is caused by this endo we can see...but scan appears normal, scar tissue from previous
laparoscopy
x2 years ago but as no obvious signs of large endo cysts.
