Vaginal contractions

Just want to know if anyone else experiences vaginal contractions, before, after or during period as I get them sometimes and I don’t know anyone else who has experienced this. I don’t actually know if I have endometriosis I’m waiting to get a letter from the hospital to do tests or laparoscopy. The contractions just come when they want, at one point I was getting them multiple times every day for 8-10 weeks. They’re so sharp and sudden. It would be great to hear about other people’s experiences with this

Hi. Contractions can easily be a symptom of endometriosis/adenomyosis. I had that before I got my laparoscopy done. And I still occasionaly get it. Hope you get diagnosed. Of course the best diagnosis is done during laparoscopy. Often it's not visible on scans.

Yeah I had an ultrasound but the only thing they found was that I had more fluid in my pelvic cavity than there should be, they referred me to a gynaecology clinic but they rejected it simply because everything else looked fine. I have an appointment today with the doctor as I had ovulation pain which I know is normal but at some points it literally felt like I was on my period because of the pain, and I’ve not experienced this before.
