Hello all

I am looking to have a donor frozen egg transfer soon. I have a consultation with my ivf consultant coming up and we are going to discuss down regulation treatment before the transfer.

I have stage 4 endometriosis and have a large cyst on my right ovary (6cm) and cyst on my left ovary (4cm). I had an MRI scan and revealed everything looked normal besides the cysts. My ivf consultant suggested I don’t have laparoscopic surgery as I’m not in any pain and to have down regulation before transfer.

What kind of questions do I need to ask the consultant? Has anyone been in a similar situation and how long have you done the down regulation?
