B6 supplemets
Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if it is a good idea to supplement vit B6 if you are taking B12. I have been taking jarrows B12 for about 4 years and they have really helped with anxiety and depression. Thought it might be helpful to add B6.

Rogue cells at root of autoimmune disease
I'm not sure how much I understand of this! Nonetheless anything that claims to explain autoimmune disease, at all, has to be worth at least a short look. [i]

Alkaline diet
Further to someone mentioning bicarbonate of soda, I’ve been doing a bit of research. I found an article that is interesting. See “the cause and cure for rheumatoid arthritis”. Medcraveonline.com. Article written by Robert O Young. I don’t believe everything I read but there could be something in

Total hip replacement
Hi there, just found this app and trying it out. I have osteoarthritis, and had a hip replacement last weekend. I’m doing the usual things; starting walking, stretching exercises. Any great ideas/tips welcome, especially on sleeping as not getting much of it!

Reynaud’s
Hi, all my three children (grown adults now from 25 to 36) have quite severe Raynaud’s symptoms in their hands (I have it mildly in hands and feet) but their symptoms are clearly visible, if they’ve ever mentioned it to GP it’s not been taken seriously, eldest was simply told to wear gloves and two pairs

Development of a new diagnostic for seronegative RA
Are you interested in new ways to diagnose seronegative rheumatoid arthritis (RA)? Scientists are exploring how to produce medical products through a process called plant-molecular-farming. This includes a new diagnostic test for people that may have RA but test negative on the test that is in use now

Arthritis and claiming PIP
I am 40 I have arthritis in both knees and have been told there is nothing they can do only a knee replacement which I am too young to qualify to go on the waiting list for. My mobility is becoming harder and I am allergic to Anti inflammatorys. I can only take pain killers to ease pain. I’m wondering

Rheumatoid arthritis
Hi, I'm new here but have had rheumatoid arthritis for many years, since my mid 30s, I'm now 56. I was on methotrexate but came off it almost a year ago because of other complications. Now just on sulfasalazine for RA. I'm currently getting flares in my wrists and hands, but unlike previous flares

Forum big help, arthritis
I am new. It is my general pain, but have arthritis so thought it was just that. After reading the forum realised it could be the thyroid. Does anyone get facial pain almost like a sinus problem? Face, neck, jaw, chronic headache. Plus all across shoulders. Thanks for help Regards Chateau60
