Calling UK tocilizumab or epipen users: How do you dispose of your self-injector? Who arranges it?
Someone on the Vasculitis forum is encountering difficulty - is expected to attend the hospital to be handed her self-injection medication because they claim there isn't a protocol for disposing of the needle.

Weight gain after thyroidectomy
I am 63 yrs old crippled with osteoarthritis , had a thyroidectomy 10 years ago following uncontrollable Graves disease . I have taken 125 of levothyroxine since then. I was always very active until my arthritis finally became so severe , my mobility is very seriously impared ,recently I could not walk

How to get to couch?
Iām 69, female (despite the name at the top), never been sporty but need to improve my fitness. Iāve now completed week 1, but am struggling. I find it difficult to maintain a brisk walk and can barely manage a slow jog. Iām sure the snails are laughing as they whizz by lol. I have very mild osteoarthritis

can Blood work change??
I've had 2bloodtests done, first shows Lupus and the second shows APS and rheumatoid arthritis... (I have many more symptoms that are relevant to lupus than APS/arthritis) why does blood work change? Has anyone else had this?XXXš. Can it only be detected if I'm having a flare??

Arthritis and pain
I have āmild arthritisā but get pain walking around the block now. I tried C25K in the past and got to week 3 or 4 before Iām in a vicious cycle where it hurts to run but I need to move in order to lose (5stones) weight at 5ā1ā. Iām speaking to physios tomorrow but asking if anyone is in the same boat

Possible Rheumatoid arthritis
Today Iāve been prescribed a short course of steroids by the GP for possible Rheumatoid arthritis. My hands are really bad todayā¦..lost my sense of touch but have had tingling and swelling in my hands for 3 days now. I also have slightly swollen toes. My glands are up and my throat feels gravelly/ lumpy
