Some years ago the Arthritis and Rheumatism Council - I’m assuming they are now part of another charity now - published a very helpful list of supplements that people have used to help their arthritis, along with survey results and comments on the possible efficacy of the supplements.
I wonder if there is something similar and more up to date? Has anyone seen such a thing recently?

Thank you, Jacky! Personally I take glucosamine plus condroitin for hallux rigidus (my toes don’t bend cos of osteoarthritis) and turmeric for back pain. My husband on the other hand takes magnesium for back pain, and we both take omega oil. We’ve tried rosehip but neither of us found it did anything.
I know, I have taken various things over the course of time and some work some don't and some that others say are fantastic don't work at all and you wonder what the hell they're going on about, lol
