Hi all. I don't know if I am writing this in the correct section as I have a few conditions I think could cause this. I have Fibro, Arthritis, and Scoliosis. At night in bed I tend to have a lot of outer thigh, and buttock pain going round my waist, a long going problem I have had is lower back pain which is down to the Arthritis I think.Does anyone else suffer this?

Outer thigh and buttock pain
I have pain in same areas and it is relentless at present due to the cold weather. Had an X-ray yesterday, not sure if it will pick anything up this time. I keep areas warm with wrap around heat bag and use my tens machine. I try to keep myself moving little and often as sitting makes things stiffen up resulting in more pain.
Hi, I have it and put it down to the fibro. My physio treats it with acupressure and a pneumatron (similar to cupping). I have more immediate effect with twist-stretching my legs strongly outwards (& inwards) and my back back (phoenix-yoga position), which works for me in every position, night and day.
Just remembered the first thing that helped was a lambskin under my bedsheet at night quite a bit. If it slips up too high it's too soft on my middle back, where I need it pretty hard, so I aim for the thighs, which keeps it softer for helps tailbone and lower back too.
