Hi I suffer from a arthritis condition called ankylosing spondylitis I live in the north east of Scotland and new to this site, I would like to hear from someone with the same condition to see how you cope, I am married my wife suffers from MS

Hi bike21speed thank you for reply, hope you are not in much pain, I had a hip replacement 9 year ago its done well I was in a lot of pain before then, take care

Hi it's something they said i have also in the spine.

Had for a long time plus disc damage but getting by.

Welcome, I’m sure you’ll find people on this website who suffer from the same illness as you do. I live in the north east of Scotland too. I’m a member of a Facebook group called Affa Sair where chronic pain sufferers chat and support each other. We have a monthly meeting in Elgin if you and your wife are interested, check us out.

Thank you very much for your reply, we live in Aberdeen, the pain for me is not so bad now it was worse in my 30s I am 61 now, I take a Humira injection every 2 weeks, my wife has lost most of her mobility and needs a wheelchair, we have a relative that suffers from Lupus and know how problematic the condition can be, Kind regards
