What preparation for my first FET and I have Lupus?
It is my last two embryo and I cannot have any more

How to move forward
I've tried the
IVF
route which ended in miscarriages fairy recently due to meeting my partner in my early forties. I want to try & move forward as I've as I hate feeling with sad & a lot of hours are spending thinking about how this has happened.

Anyone experienced a dramatic AMH drop?
My underlying fear is that my AMH will continue to plummet and as I wait to get moved onto
IVF
(the waiting time is very long) and that my chances of success are also drastically falling.

Wanted: Egg freezing stories
A lot of the stories on here are about
IVF
and although I use them to help me understand the process a bit more, it would be great to hear about other people’s egg freezing stories (successful or not successful).

Bowel endometriosis and IVF
My gynaecologist (who did a lap on my sister leading to my niece being born) and my
IVF
consultant recommended that given my age (38 at the time) and going through
IVF
due to also male factor, that I should not do a lap. I am very lucky to say it’s mainly silent endo in my case.

Baby not growing as he should at 26+5
We conceived through donor egg
IVF
and have been over the moon. The worry never goes away, though. As it's twins, we had a growth scan + dopplers at 24+3 weeks. Both twins were small, with the girl on the 12th percentile, but they were more worried about the boy, who was on the 8th.

Trying to process everything
Having spoken to
IVF
nurse yesterday she has confirmed that we need to do
IVF
as quick as possible as at 33 my AMH is only 1.5 pmol/l so v v low for my age. Sperm from my OH is also lower on all 4 parts so we've been told we need ICSI.

Should I use ICSI with a sperm donor?
The embryologist told me yesterday that the clinic uses ICSI by default (it’s an extra £1,350), but I can choose to have standard
IVF
if I wish. She said that the fertilisation rates for ICSI and
IVF
are broadly similar.

Endometriosis diagnosis - recommendations for specialists
I saw a BSGE specialist earlier in the year as I read that they were the experts The specialist said that I would only need a laparoscopy if I was giving up on
IVF
and trying naturally. He was not interested in carrying out an MRI either.

Anyone with endo going through IVF/DEIVF?
When we tried for
IVF
again in 2022 I was told I have low egg count and needed to go down the DEIVF path (Donor Egg). We're currently in the process... Has anybody had a similar experience? With
IVF
or DEVIF? Or even stoma surgery?

Tommy’s St Marys timings
Am hoping to do another
IVF
cycle in Jan but obvs would want any results from them first. Was hoping that I wouldn’t have to wait weeks and weeks just to get a blood test done/to discuss results after the first initial appointment. I know they are very busy and over-stretched in the NHS!!

Kings Fertility, IVF London, IVI, Herts & Essex FC experiences? &/or duo stim with mild ivf clinic recommendations London /Kent/ Herts/SE
Hello, I have been recommended duo stim with mild/natural modified
IVF
by a fertility specialist and need some help deciding on a (or even finding the right ) clinic. Both duo stim and mild
IVF
seem appropriate given my age (41) and AMH levels. I can't find many clinics that do this.

No eggs retrieved- end of the road. What now?
I’m 42 with low AMH OF 0.8 - long story short- I had 4 previous cycles and 5 transfers between 2019 and 2021, all BFN and thought I was done with
ivf
. I spent the past year plus trying to move on.

Extra testing during NHS IVF treatment
If you were to have extra tests done (i.e NK cell testing, which the NHS doesn't do) whilst technically under NHS funded
IVF
treatment (though you were on a break from that after yet another recurrant miscarriage), would that be okay? It wouldn't mean you'd potentially lose your funding?
