Foot Cramps
I am currently taking 600mg pregablin, ramipril, hrt, zapain and naproxen aswell as
iron
, calcium and magnesium. The cramps are becoming more and more frequent and my Gp said to eat bananas and rub magnesium into my feet. Last night was unbearable.

Latest results - 6 weeks pregnant
Also reduced my
iron
supplement - will post
iron
results separately. I have also since found out I'm pregnant!!! Now 6 weeks and feeling alright so far (wondering if the B12 drops might be helping as not feeling half as sick compared with last pregnancy?! Time will tell!)

An Enlightening Endocrine Adventure
Good for me, but I'm anemic and do not have
iron
deficiency. The full
iron
panel came out middle of range in all the measures. The endocrinologist is passing me off to a hematologist, as though there's nothing else endocrine that could be producing the undesired effects.

Thyroid meds with calcium?
I am having a very hard time fitting in calcium (two 500mg doses),
iron
, and magnesium, all of which I need and have to be taken apart from each other. I also take Pepcid (for gastritis) 30 min before dinner. This can interfere with absorption of all of the above.

Ferritin dropping, FT3 is not great
I've read about the advice to try buy the expensive heme
iron
from the US, is that what I should do? I'm not sure what an '
iron
panel' test is, which I've read about on this forum, should I ask for this?

Fatigue, anemia, blood test results
Also vitamin C, magnesium and
iron
if I feel or remember (but I tend to feel like my body doesn't want an
iron
supplement which is not quite logical, right?). I seem to be allergic too, I was prescribed a med for that. Taking it for the second day and not feeling anything bad from it.

Can someone please help me answer the Why questions?
I read on this forum that experts think that a major cause of RLS is lack of sufficient
iron
in the blood circulating in our brains Fine.
