Questions about stents and support
Update and questions I haven't posted on here for a while for many reasons (including the whole COVID thing) but as I'm still trying to get my head round stuff and had questions, I'm hoping there are some of you out there who can offer me some ideas/support. Hi all! Potential Endo?
Hi all! :) After a year of doctors appointments and being told different things, by different people, I've been told today that my symptoms coincide with endo. Originally, they thought I was suffering with Crohns Disease, which made sense to me because I have the coil, and all my symptoms are to do

Help with next step after being told I have non viable eggs
Hi, we had one round of iui, resulting in miscarriage at 7 weeks, followed by one round of long protocol ivf, one egg collected, made it to 5 day transfer, grade A embryo but resulted in a BFN. I am 41 with an amh of 1. The clinic has said donor egg or adoption are my options going forward. Not sure

Intimate problems after Coil
Hi, Sorry if too much information, I had the coil inserted approx 3 months ago and since then I can’t have intercourse due to it being incredibly painful. I struggled before the coil but it seems to have got drastically worse since. Has any experienced anything similar? Many Thanks Amber

Mild endometriosis removed, what comes next?
I recently had a investigative laparoscopy during which they found mild endometriosis scarring which was removed, I also had the merina coil inserted. I don't have any follow up appointments and my discharge letter says that this is good news. My pain has definitely gotten better whether that's due

Endometriosis and Ivf success
Hi all, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo a few years back through diagnostic laproscopy. Was immediately put on visanne to stop my period. I came off it end of 2019 as I started trying for a child. During my last scan doc said my endo is back. He found a small adhesion on my womb. Not sure of the

GP was rude and need advise on next appointment with specialist and what to ask. Obliterated POD, immobile ovaries, fluid in tube, pain.
So little update... I am having a follow up scan tomorrow morn of my left Fallopian tube (last month I was rushed to hospital in agony and they found liquid in my tube but missed the cysts and obliterated pouch of Douglas - please see previous post about that). While I was talking to my GP two days

Worried I wont be taken seriously
I'm sorry this is so long - I'm really struggling with all this. I have always had pain with my periods, I first went to the GP about it when I was 16 - less that a year after they first started, because my mum told me that the amount of pain I was in wasn't normal. I went on the mini-pill for a bit

Natural cycles with endo
Hi everyone, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis for 2 years now and got the mirena coil fitted during my lap. I’m currently thinking about getting my coil removed and either going back on the pill or just having a natural cycle for a few months. I was just wondering if anyone has come of contraception

Experience c. a Copper IUD
I've used a copper IUCD for about three years now, having never used hormonal contraception or implants etc before. I thought it might be useful for others to read my account and compare if they're considering a copper IUD or are concerned their symptoms are abnormal perhaps. For reference, my periods
