Help with next step after being told I have non viable eggs

Hi, we had one round of iui, resulting in miscarriage at 7 weeks, followed by one round of long protocol ivf, one egg collected, made it to 5 day transfer, grade A embryo but resulted in a BFN. I am 41 with an amh of 1. The clinic has said donor egg or adoption are my options going forward. Not sure what to do next, obviously still a chance of miscarriage with DE, just wondered if anyone had been in similar position and had some advice. We are having counselling to help process what we have gone through and to help us decide what our next steps made be. Thanks in advance xxx
