Bloating
Hi, I’m experiencing a flare up, mainly problems with bloating/ trapped wind. I’ve read some articles about stomach massage being beneficial. Is this safe for IBS and anyone used it? Thanks in advance.

Diverticula Disease
I have recently been diagnosed with Diverticula Disease, March 2024 and I had never had symptoms my whole life. Since then I have had 3 epidodes in the last 5 weeks and I am devastated. The pain is terrible and the diarrhea is the worst I've had in my life. Can someone give me hope, please

Colon cancer symptoms but ended up being intestinal parasites.
I would like to tell my story in hopes that it might help someone. About 7 yrs ago I started getting really sharp pains in my lower leftside of my stomach. As time went by "when I say time went by, I mean 3 years" the sharp pains started to become more frequent and a lot more painful. Sometimes dropping

I went to see the doctor a couple of weeks ago about my urgency and not being able to hold it very long and then not being able to completely evacuate and also I had a bulge in my vagina. The steroid with zytiga can be a deal
My Dads new oncologist switched his steroid from prednisolone to dexamethasone - she was distressed at first appointment to see he was on zytiga and prednisolone. She said research pretty clear that dexamethasone is better. On today's PSA results she is clearly correct. We thought that he had become

Probiotics
Hi lovely people, Do you recommend taking probiotics and if so which brands? Doing research it seems the best would be ones containing Lactobacillus gasseri, is that correct? I'm currently taking daily supplements of folic acid, vitamin D, iron and Co-enzyme Q10. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
