I'm on Roactemra injections now bi weekly due to low neutrophils. Question anyone else on Roactemra wake in mornings with a dull headache. I've noticed it's usually worse in the days after the injection.

Never been on Actemra- but a quick look at side effects states headache as being common.

Have you tried taking paracetamol [if you can] to see if that helps.

Oh yes I take paracetamol. Wasn't sure if headaches were normal or there was something else going on (health anxiety). Anyway I am seeing my rheumatologist next week so will say it to her just wanted to see if anyone else experienced it.

Not something I have ever had with Actemra - I do get a mild sore throat which is also one of the listed common side effects.
