Clinical trials for Richter's transformation
Hello. I would like to ask if you know of any current clinical trials for patients with Richter's Transformation who have already reached the Car-T and it did not work for them. We have in our group a very young 22-year-old boy whose Car-Ts didn't work for him in the UK. They have told him that they

I'm 77 years old, was diagnosed with Stage 3c in February 2017. I went through 2 rounds of chemo - was on Zejula since 3-27-20, but my CA-125 steadily climbed to 377, so my Dr. discontinued it. I had a CT scan on 1-7-22 because I felt bloated most of the time, especially after eating. The scan showed

I need some input
I wrote in a few months ago with a more favorable seeming diagnosis, but little factual information, and left feeling like i had plenty of time to decide on a course of action. After meeting last week with Dr. Johnson at Huntsman Salt Lake (who I really liked, btw), I now need to get on the stick it

My latest very sad news
I posted on here quite some time ago. My beloved husband had been on immunotherapy (Keytruda) for lung cancer. He was doing so well - until he developed meningitis and was taken off the programme. He was out on steroids. He was observed and had MRI scans. Six months later he went on to chemotherapy.

A very happy (and long-overdue) update
He was in an induced coma for two weeks and in
intensive
care
for a further three. After two weeks on a ward he had his trachy out, but then things went down-hill again and he was diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis, triggered by the original HSE.

- 10 Hour operation -
Intensive

after her operation. - Endo on kidney so that needs looking at. - Endo on Bladder. - Full Hystorectomy. The consultant has basically said he has never seen anything like it. This is a really tough time at the moment. Has anyone else experienced this?

Update on Brother
I wrote a week or so ago about my older brother. He has since been released from the Hospital they are recommending Skilled Nursing or Home Care but he is refusing. At a minimum we have tried to push for Palliative Care and again he refuses. I worry about him as he live alone in a tiny camper and

Pet Scan and Guidance
I was diagnosed with Gleason 8, cribriform morphology and PNI. Ct scan and bone scan were clean. My Decipher score is .79. My pathology report was reread and scored at Hopkins. At diagnosis, I asked for PET scan, but local urologist did not think it would get approved. I have started aggressive treatment

For those of you who had radiation, how did you manage nausea if you had it?
My brother is in his 4th week of radiation and since day 2 has been extremely nauseous all of the time, he had the beads implanted in his prostate and is doing IMRT for 9 weeks, he is on promethazine but it doesnt really seem to be working well. He didn't qualify for prostatectomy because it had spread
