Excellent Day !
I have recently been in hosp but today a very good day. Apt with Medtronic rep & Dsn ! Sensor for my insulin pump. This summer it will be 52yrs of T1. Never been unemployed in my life & been T1 from the age of 3. A lot of injections. Feel great ! Will let you know how its going !

Week 1 run 1 part 2
Well I graduated about 12 months ago but since then have had all sorts of injuries etc and haven’t been running at all. I did try about 6 months ago and thought I could pick up where I left off. Wrong! Anyway, tonight I completed Wk1 run1 and apart from a tight chest ( just getting over a heavy cold)
