Part Time PD
Ok, troops. I would like some info. I met with my Neph today. My numbers are great. Phosphorus was at the upper end, but I expected that after Thanksgiving :-) Now that my hernia repair surgery is getting all healed up, looks like I'll be back one the PD train the week after Christmas. So my question

Allergic response to Nitrofuantoin
Two weeks ago I developed the urgency and heat associated with cystitis which rapidly developed into a UTI with blood and responded quickly to 3 days of Trimpethoprim which I was able to get without delay from my amazing GP surgery. All seemed fine until yesterday when the heat and urgency returned

Difference between cyst and hernia?
The radiologist said it was maybe a
hernia
(an
inguinal
hernia
) but unsure. I am worried about this and worried incase its something else as its hard and pretty much part of the lymph node.

I’m not getting the exercise I really need at the moment as I have a bilateral
inguinal
hernia
that can’t be operated on until 3rd March, 10 days after I finish the Clopidogrel anti-platelet medication. Such fun. Have a very merry Christmas.

Seems to be getting worse.
I have an
inguinal
hernia
so keeping things loose is not a bad thing till the hernia is fixed. I only go once a day shortly after I get up in the morning.

Hernia Repair
Debulking & Hernia Repair: Has anyone had a debulking surgery followed by hernia repair all in the same surgery? Or just a large hernia repair? Can you share your experience? Any experience with hernia repair that requires a 3 mesh layered approach? Thank you for your help.
