Seems to be getting worse.

I have suffered IBS for years but quite controllable, as I have gotten older it has become worse ( I think that is general) since the covid jab mine is worse. I have an inguinal hernia so keeping things loose is not a bad thing till the hernia is fixed. I only go once a day shortly after I get up in the morning. Sometimes my poo is small round and normal poo colour always plenty of fluid but like today there was a real mixture of fluid, poo and what looked like undigested food. My IBS used to be twice a day and wet flowing poo that didn`t seem to have any effect on my health and I could eat most things but this undigested look has me a bit worried. Any views?

I get this often where my food doesn't break down and floats In the loo it sometime just bobs around and takes ages to flush away. Think it's when the food doesn't break down properly but if u r worried speak with ur GP

I wouldn't think it was anything to worry about personally, but like Ness says speak to your GP if you are concerned.
