I've had left sided scrotal pain fie years. I've gone to a couple Urologist's that give me Celebrex and antibiotics. It resolves the issue until the antibiotics are gone. Then the pain returns. After a ultrasound of my scrotum that found an inguinal hernia and varicocele on my left aide. I had the hernia repaired and the pain went away for a couple months. Now it's back. I asked my Urologist about the varicocele and he doesn't want to do anything about it. He's afraid fixing that will only cause more pain. My only thoughts are to see yet another Urologist or a pain management doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions?
