8/2019 via CT scan at Johns Hopkins, confirmed 231gram size Prostate, Bladder Stones N Left Inguinal Hernia, PSA 8.2. Recommended SIMPLE Open P Surgery - declined; Studied options of DaVinci SIMPLE Open P Surgery, HoLEP or Aquablation; On typical BPH meds for drip, drip, drip pee n bleeding infections. Decided to tackle P 1st; Due to BIG prostate, chose HoLEP "Moses 2.0" at Northwestern Medical - Chicago with Dr Amy Krambeck, removed 177grams n B stones - In at 10:30 - walked out hospital at 4pm with "NO Catheter". 6 Mos Post Opr, PSA is .0247, no incontinence N no meds; 12/29/21 did Bilateral (L n R) Inguinal Hernia repairs n navel hernia tuck via DaVinci Robotic surgery w Medtronic Mesh; In 9:30 am - recovery 1:30pm-Walked out hospital 3:30pm; Amazing recovery via Advil n Ice pack 1st 2 days; Pain = 0; Very impressed w Lafayette, LA Techie General Surgeon....
