I'm back. After 4 weeks post inguinal hernia surgery I was back out today starting at week one. It certainly wasn't as hard as the first time I did it last November. I will progress through the weeks but only doing one set each unless it gets too much. Looking forward to getting back to 30 minutes jogging, then working on distance.

Welcome back and a huge well done! I am repeating Co25K again too.. for the umpteenth time after a setback! It is easier isn't it... no pressure and we do know how to listen to our body too and take notice.

My mantra is of course as you know, slow and steady and I too, will be happy to reach that 30 minutes again safely :)

Just take it gently and enjoy!

I am about to begin Week3! We can keep track of each other and support each other maybe:)

Oldfloss Hi there Oldfloss, great to have company on the journey back. A fact of life, body is like an old car, parts keep needing repair or replacement or just rust in place! But as long as we have gas we're good to go - slowly😀
