My GPC antibodies were tested and were found to be 149RU/ml (range < 20RU/ml). Just over two weeks ago I received

High Folate and high B12
I have been diagnosed with pernicious anemia. I have been on b12 injections for about 5 years now and am taking 1 per month. At last check, my b12 serum was 1,000 and my folate was in the high range. Obviously there's an issue converting the b12 and it's just pooling, right? How do I fix this?

Should I try a B12 spray?
Hello everyone. I have been bobbing around on different forums in an attempt to figure out what is going on. I went to my GP about back pain, joint pain and a few other symptoms and have had various blood tests and an MRI scan. No closer to finding out what is up with my back, but through various forums

Understanding Iron Levels
I have just returned from the GP. She mentioned my blood results look normal. However, she mentioned my iron levels are a slightly high. But did not recommend anything to do, therefore felt there nothing to worry about. However, any blood test results that i ever recieve come back as high or slightly

Excellent source of information
I have just come across a German website B12-Vitamin.org ( http://www.b12-vitamin.com/ ) It makes interesting reading and appears to be very well researched and referenced. Newly diagnosed with PA but also have history of demyelination - is there a link?
I discovered your site a few weeks ago after recently being diagnosed with PA. I did not know about B12 deficiency, and after my GP diagnosed me in November she arranged for me to have a series of B12 shots. After reading ‘Could It Be B12?’ and ‘What You Need to now About Pernicious Aneamia & Vitamin
