Yes all need supplementing.

What has GP prescribed?

Ferritin is below range. You need full iron panel testing. Definitely iron supplements - usually ferrous fumerate 2 or likely 3 times day

Eating liver once a week will help too

Testing for Pernicious Anaemia before almost possibly B12 injections

Folic acid supplements should not be started until after first B12 injection

Vitamin D. GP will probably only prescribe 800iu

As you can see from link ......They should prescribe 1600iu daily, but even that is very likely not enough

Your TPO is high. Likely your doctor will tell you that you can not do anything with that...but it is not true! You MUST put them down. You can find a lot of information searching *adaptogens to lower antibodies*
