What has your GP said about these results ? They all need supplementing so any information about what is happening would be helpful. Check out SeasideSusie by clicking onto her name then click onto REPLIES to read about similar results ....

Your VitD needs to be around 100 so you need to double/triple your dose and add in the co-factors - Magnesium and VitK2-MK7.

The Folic Acid has not worked either as you are still below range. Folate works with B12 in the body so needs to be at a good level. Also taking Folic Acid will not improve your Ferritin - stored iron in the liver. You need urgent treatment for the Ferritin - insist on a FULL Iron Profile and FBC to rule out Iron Deficient Anaemia.

You need 5000 mcg of Jarrow Methylcobalamin B12 lozenges - to keep under the tongue until dissolved. So stop the Folic Acid until you have taken the B12 for a few days. Maybe change the Folic Acid to Folate. A good B Complex will keep all the B's in balance.

Again I ask - what has your Doctor said about these results ?

Did you check out SeasideSusie as suggested - as you really need to read and learn how very serious your results are - you must be feeling quite unwell.

That's good. It would seem with the low MCV you have anaemia. I would still read up on SeasideSusie - her replies - her information will far exceed anything you will learn from your GP or any other Medic ....

So you probably have had Hashimoto's at least since 2015

Folic acid can mask symptoms of low B12.

Ask GP to test for Pernicious Anaemia if not been done already

Ferritin you need full iron panel test. Probably 2 or 3 x daily ferrous fumerate

Eating liver once a week will help improve levels too
