Vitamin level results, Hashimoto’s.
Morning, Can the experts just let me know if my vitamin levels are ok. I have Hashimoto’s and I’m on 100mcg of Levothyroxine with a blood test (early morning) planned in a few weeks for an increase. I’m feeling better, but, I’m not 100%, still cold, worn out in the mornings despite sleeping right

High level of B12
Hello, six month earlier I had my B12 2900 while I was supplementing with B12. Yesterday I had my B12 results 1950, still too high. I've been told that this can be due to kidney or liver malfunction. Any idea? Note: I used to take B12 as I was told I may have RLS (restless leg syndrome) and supplementing

Best form of iron medication for the fastest results.
Hi people, I'm currently taking liquid iron with a vitamin C capsule but my iron level is slow to respond. I read that heme iron was the fastest absorbed iron. Does anyone have experience of taking iron and can advise on how to get best results. Many Thanks

Where do I find literature which says if no other cause of B12 Deficiency is found then assume that you have pernicious anaemia?
I am due to see the occ health at work this morning and have printed off loads of info from the pa website. All the info talks about pa not B12 Deficiency. I have not been diagnosed with pa but remember reading that in the absence of any other causes of B12 Deficiency the pa should be assumed. I can’

TSH test - is it needed?
I'm located in USA. These are my two questions: Should i ask for TSH to be tested, too? what about B12 and folate? Should I increase my Vitamin D before my blood test on June 15? Background: I saw my GP about a month ago as I was becoming increasingly weak and fatigued. Medications and supplements

Elevated B12?
Hi, can anyone please help me? I am 21 and recently found out that I have high B12 (approx. 2000) after taking a full blood count at the start of the year. However, my GP noticed that everything else was normal including my folate levels which is odd considering most people have problems with B12/folate

Is it still B12 symptoms or something else?
I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency last September with levels of 111 ( <130 consistent with deficiency). After my loading doses was offered 3 monthly injections. Needless to say I was not happy with that as had lots of tingling and numbness and started to SI. My worst symptoms were the tingling, fatigue

How long does it take for sublingual B12 to kick in?
I just began taking 5000 micrograms of B12 under the tongue 2 days ago. I'm doing this because doctors suspect trigeminal neuralgia that started last week. I have an MRI with contrast dye this week to try to see what might be the cause. I also suffer from hypothyroidism and my TSH levels last week were
