Help with latest blood results please

I'm hoping for some advice, mainly around B12, folate and ferritin. My adult so has Hashimotos and currently on 100 Levo since December. He takes 20 fluoxtene for anxiety diagosed a few years before hashimotos. Also takes selenium, zinc and is on the vitamin d protocol. Results from January are after stopping b12 and b complex for 1 month and the May ones are without any b12 since then. He's concerned that his active b12 is still high. We can see his TSH has risen and T4 lowered slightly so might need a slight Levo increase but also need to sort out his B12 issues. Main symptoms are dizziness, fatigue, anxiety and feeling unsteady.

His FT3 has dropped a lot since January. This suggests he needs dose increase in Levothyroxine
