Best form of iron medication for the fastest results.

Hi people, I'm currently taking liquid iron with a vitamin C capsule but my iron level is slow to respond.

I read that heme iron was the fastest absorbed iron. Does anyone have experience of taking iron and can advise on how to get best results.
