Does anyone know if there’s a connection between B12 deficiency and Raynaud’s phenomenon. I have both but wondering if they are connected?

PA and b12 storage
Hello, so I was diagnosed with pernicious anemia and I have been getting weekly injections of b12. I was wondering if I still have the ability to store b12 for later use or if the b12 that I don't use is lost in urination?

About 4 weeks ago after taking a single shot of tequila on a lark i started to

Iron and constipation
My doctor recommended me a vitamin with iron. I have a minimum of 35 g of fiber and lots of water daily(per doctor recommendation). Since I started the vitamin, the constipation came back horribly. How do you fight that side effect of iron? Thank you and be safe!

OCD and B12 deficiency
I wondered if anyone on the forum has ever experienced OCD type symptoms linked to B12 deficiency and whether they improved with B12 treatment. Found this article about OCD and B12 deficiency https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3271502/

Parkinsons Disease and B12 deficiency
Hi All, Saw this link on a recent thread and thought I'd draw attention to it. https://parkinsonsnewstoday.com/2020/03/27/possible-link-between-vitamin-b12-and-dementia-in-parkinsons-disease/ I had both dementia symptoms and tremors when at my worst and suspect that sometimes people are misdiagnosed

B12 Refused Scotland
I was advised by a nurse on Wednesday that a decision was made by my practise in West Lothian on Tuesday all B12 can be delayed for 4 weeks, then another 4 weeks without impact as B12 is stored. I was shocked, she asked if I wanted to speak to GP, I declined and just said they were not following NICE

Normal B12 levels?
Hello, Have some suspicion that I might have a B12 problem. The symptoms are feeling tired/falling asleep in the afternoon (8 hours sleep per night), tingling, brain fog. I asked my gp for a test as it does run in our family, but he refused as one was done a few years ago and he claimed it was normal

Vitamin D boosts chances of walking after hip fracture.
Senior citizens who are not vitamin D deficient have a better chance of walking after hip fracture surgery, according to a Rutgers-led study. The findings in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggest that vitamin D deficiency could limit mobility in older adults, said senior author Sue Shapses

Oral supplements
Hi there, Can someone please explain to me why - if you are not able to absorb B12; then taking oral supplements may risk giving falsely high B12 serum readings? Surely if your readings have increased then you have absorbed the vitamin? I can understand not taking Folate if there is a question of B12
