I need to get a new supply of Magnesium and B12. I have not taken B Complex before , however have been advised to.
My Current Dosage:
1. Magnesium Citrate 400 mg at night.
2. Vitamin B12 2000 ug at lunch.
I last had my bloods done on 16th January 2020. I am due a new full thyroid panel through Medi-checks , however have been advised to hold off on testing during this period.
Both have the bioavailable forms of the active ingredients.
You no longer need the B12 supplement, there will be enough B12 in the B Complex to maintain your level, you wont need your B12 level any higher than it is.
Don't forget that when supplementing with D3 we should retest twice a year to ensure we keep within the recommended range of 100-150nmol/L.
