Vitamin D & B12 results advice please,

Just got the results of Vitamin D -88nmol/L ( 50-99999.0 )

Serum Vitamin B12 -474ng/L ( 190-910.0)

Serum folate (42U5) - 12.1 ng/ml (3.3-99999,0)

I use vitamin D with K do I stay on the recommended 3 sprays a day , and need order some more vitamin B12 would the Jarrow B be the best one . Thank you .

Presumably 3 sprays = 3,000iu?

If so then if you are aiming for the level recommended by the Vit D Council/Vit D Society - 100-150nmol/L - maybe increase a bit and take 4 sprays alternate days. Retest in 3 months.

B12 needs improving to at least 550ng/L, recommended is 900-1000.

There is no "best one". Different people get on best with different brands.

Is Jarrow your current brand, if so do you get on OK with it? If so maybe no need to change.

Are you also taking a B Complex with your B12 to balance all the B vitamins?

No I’ve not used Jarrow B but seen it recommended on here a lot , I do take a vitamin B complex , and running low on that too so was going to order together , any other brands you could recommend please ?

I've always got on very well with Thorne Basic B as a B Complex.

When I was taking sublingual B12 I used Cytoplan cytoplan.co.uk/vitamin-b12-... and was very happy with it.
