Iron results
Hi all. Further to my other posts, I’ve now had my iron levels back as per below. As you can see they are within range even though my ferritin is crap. Not really sure how to raise my ferritin level without taking iron supplements- I already eat meat and green leafy veg etc. I could take Floradix or

Ferrous fumurate and vitamin d supplement
Hi everyone, I have to take ferrous fumurate twice a day for iron deficiency anemia. I also have to take vitamin D for a vitamin D deficiency. I also take Levothyroxine and Liothyronine twice a day so it’s a bit of a squeeze! Is it ok to take vitamin D two hours away from my second ferrous fumurate?

Help with supplements please!
Hello all, I was hoping for some advice about supplements. Last week I had some great advice from SlowDragon , SeasideSusie and humanbean after my last blood tests. In summary: Low Ferritin at 24 (range 10-291), but blood iron and rest of FBC fine (apart from high % hypochromic cells), B12 good at 874 (

Vitamin-D and COVID-19: do deficient risk a poorer outcome? - From The Lancet

Recommendations for Iron Supplement appreciated
I have feritin & iron deficiency due to hypothyroidism. I need to get a pure iron supplement. Many of them are multi, with folic acid, B12, and some capsules seem to be coated with magnesium serate (like Solgar) or such. I’ve learnt on this site that iron has to be taken 2 hours away from all supplements

Iron
After finally finding a doctor who understands RLS, and who of course knew to send me for iron check—my iron ferritin came back at 44. So thankful. He wants to do a sleep study- I was hopeful for an iron injection- maybe I can ask for one after the sleep study which I’m pretty certain will be just

vitamin B12
Is it safe to take high doses of vitamin B12 while on Ibrutinib? My GP recommends this as a treatment for canker sores.

Active B12 of 31.5, folate of 1.72 - missing periods?
Hi Everyone, I’d really appreciate help with my friend’s daughter’s blood results please. Her main symptoms are being more tired than usual, some breathlessness, and missing periods, or just having a tiny bit of spotting. These symptoms have been going on for about 3 years, she’s 29. Her GP did
