Hi All. Is there a supplement with less b12 in ? As i inject my own B12 atm Or wouldn't that matter as i have Pernicious Anemia so it wouldnt absorb any of the B12 in the complex? I have been on Inngennes super b complex for long while now 1 a day atm i have had the hair falling out again plus been very fatigued again im due for blood tests next week Thyroids ,FBC ,n folate ,ferritin vit d they were all reasonable levels as i take vit d3 mk7 as well no iron pills for few months as i did get it upped to 120 from 49 over a year ago the fatigued is quite bad n hair loss again any idea's Thank You...

I would check your ferritin level again, once we reach a good level we should maintain it by either taking a maintenance dose of iron tablets if appropriate, or eating iron rich foods regularly such as liver, liver pate, black pudding, etc.
With 1 x Igennus Super B you are getting 200mcg methyfolate plus 450mcg B12. Thorne Basic B x 1 capsule would give 400mcg methylfolate plus 400mcg B12. I did try a whole food B Complex (Garden of Life Raw B Complex) which had 400mcg methylfolate and only about 67mcg B12, but on the whole I didn't find it as good as Thorne, my folate reduced quite a bit on the Garden of Life for some reason.
Thank You Seasidesusie,no wonder my folate wasnt going up as much as i would have liked it last time was 18.3 a year ago im guessing its not that far up atm ill try Thorne i only went for Ingennes as it said Super Bs i thought id leave off Ferrous sulphate but i think i might have to go back on it something is a miss mind you my diet has gone peetong again since covid. Lost half stone back to 8stone again i just tryed a nice 3 mile walk the other day for 2 days came home floored. Im hoping to hike the Weymouth coastline end of month for couple weeks stay im going to need some miracles Thank you again!
