I have to take ferrous fumurate twice a day for iron deficiency anemia. I also have to take vitamin D for a vitamin D deficiency. I also take Levothyroxine and Liothyronine twice a day so it’s a bit of a squeeze! Is it ok to take vitamin D two hours away from my second ferrous fumurate? The vitamin D is also sublingual so does this make a difference?
Thanks!

It makes all the difference in the world, because it doesn't go near the stomach/gut BUT if you're taking vit d, you should also be taking magnesium, because the two work together. And magnesium also needs to be taken two hours away from iron and four hours away from thyroid hormone. And, I don't think they have sublingual magnesium - although you could get a spray that you put on your skin. That would be alright.
Also, when taking vit D, you should take vit K2-MK7, because taking vit D increases absorption of calcium from food. Vit K2 makes sure that extra calcium goes into the teeth and bones, and doesn't build up in the soft tissues.
