Is it normal that your deficiency gets worse over time that you have to increase the frequency of B12 shots?
I just want to know how many of y’all have had to increase your b12 shot frequency? My b12 isn’t lasting long enough… and I don’t really understand why. I think I need a better work up…. But how many of y’all had to increase?

GP & NURSE "Too much B12 can be dangerous"
After a fight I managed to get my B12 injections moved from 3 monthly intervals to two months. I book appointments at the 8 week mark. The surgery do it by the month, so if I have an injection on 01 April then they consider I'm not due until 01 June [8 weeks & 5 days] - they always say "...and too much

Whole food/buffeted vit c and iron absorption?
Hi everyone I’m taking iron tablets at the moment and have been taking them with a 500mg dissolvable ascorbic acid tablet as I can’t swallow tablets but it’s causing me some problems with uncomfortable reflux in my throat. I have low stomach acid which I’m assuming is the cause of my iron deficiency

Can it take up to 3 months to feel benefit of iron infusion?
Hi. After noticing my RLS symptoms were getting worse, I had my ferritin checked and found that it was only 5, so this led to me having an iron infusion 3 weeks ago. I had my ferritin checked again 2 weeks after the infusion, and found out yesterday that my ferritin has now risen to 363. However, this

Thyroid/B12 Connection?
I’m wondering what the interplay is between our thyroid hormone replacement medication and vitamin B12. Does B12 affect how thyroid medication is absorbed? Does sufficient B12 make our thyroid medication work better? If you have high B12 levels can you take less thyroid replacement? Thanks!

Imraldi not Inderal
I mistakenly asked for advice yesterday about my biologic meds. I am having covid vaccination tomorrow and due to inject IMRALDI the same day. Do I inject my Imraldi before/after the vaccine or leave it a day. I also inject MTX every friday. Asking my Rheumatologist is not an option. I've never met

B vitamins, B12 and multiple sclerosis symptoms
I read that there are many symptoms if b12 deficiency that are almost the same as Multiple Sclerosis. Does anyone have any information on this topic? I was looking into an article written by PhD students at a University in Australia. And they had compared such similarities between MS and a b12 and

What would cause serum B12 levels to rise without supplementation?
Hi Everyone, Hope someone can offer some insight? I'm wondering what could cause B12 blood levels to rise if a person isn't supplementing? I follow a vegan diet and have actively avoided fortified foods for six months in order to find out my baseline B12 levels but my serum B12 levels have risen. Not

Iron
Okay update. My ferritin came back as 58 and iron at 114. I’m not any better or worse than when my ferritin was in the 100s. Should I keep taking oral iron to increase it before considering the IV again ?
