SULFASALAZINE & FOOD POISONING - Is Anyone Else Affected?
In the first 20 months of taking Sulfasalazine I had food poisoning 8 times from food where no other partakers had any problems - 4 times with vomiting and diarrhoea (I had 2 such cases in the previous 60 years). My GP put it down to the immunosuppressant effects of Sulfasalazine making me more susceptible

Protect-V trial
I have vasculitis GPA and have regular infusions of rituximab which is an immunosuppressant. On a recent trip to Addenbrookes (Cambridge Hospital) to see my consultant they signed me up to take part in the Protect-V clinical trial. An anti covid vaccine. Anyone else here involved in that trial or any

Osteoporosis after Transplant
I’m one year out from Transplant. I have osteoporosis now and doctor really pushing me to start treatment. She wants me on Prolia. There are warnings on there about being immunosuppressed and at risk for developing serious infections. My doctor just said I still think it’s the safest choice for you.

Does anyone else have stomach issues with Behcet's?
I've just recently had a Behcet's flare-up and when I do I always have stomach issues, i.e. nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite. And of course I have the genital sores, joint pain, fatigue, and not sleeping well. But with this flare-up my stomach issues were a lot of bloating, and indigestion. I've
