Treatment for acne - accutane?

Colchicine and immunosuppression
Does anyone know what the likelihood of being immunosuppressed due to long term Colchicine use is // should I be extra careful in relation to COVID-19 or is it unlikely it will make me any more susceptible?

What to do?!?
Hi everyone, this may seem a straight forward kind of question but I think it is going to a long and stressful road ahead if I think its going to go the way I think its heading. So in Wales most of us have received the letter, I have received a copy letter of one that was sent to my GP. In the letter

Immunosuppressive drugs and COVID-19
I don’t know how long I’ll manage without a flare and wondered if Prednisolone might be a short term substitute only to discover steroids are also
immunosuppressants
. Apart from living in a bunker for the next few months, any ideas how to minimise the risk folks?

NEW NORMAL, OLD NORMAL
My cousin Barbara asks me if I have been writing lots of poetry. It struck her the other night that there was poetry in this, this time of strangeness, of discovering one's ability to adapt, perhaps - the beauty inherent in that. And indeed, Carol Ann Duffy has just initiated a project titled 'Write

Heaviness that’s better with walking
For past two months I have a heaviness on my chest that’s there every morning and gets better by the afternoon. It’s also better after exercise - by which I mean an hours walk with my dog. I feel my breathing improves and heaviness lifts after walking. Does this sound cardiac? Does this sound cardiac

Does anyone know how long immunosuppressants take to leave the body...?
I (very recently) started taking
immunosuppressants
(mercaptopurine) for my Crohns. Only 3 weeks ago. I wasn’t concerned at all about the Coronavirus at all until yesterday, but now I am slightly. Much to my horror.

Terrified of Transplant
I'm scared of the operation, being in hospital for 5 days, of the
immunosuppressants
, getting diabetes, getting cancer, so many things. My mental health is really suffering. I am constantly dwelling on it all the time. I just don't feel like I am enjoying my life at the moment.

Chest/back pain with breathlessness. Any leads please?
Hello. I was at work in Jan, sitting at a computer and I had a sharp pain in my chest and breathlessness and felt hot and sweaty. It calmed down quite quickly. I went to the gp and they prescribed gtn just in case, pending an xray, ecg. Ecg was normal. Xray showed slight enlargement of heart. An echocardiogram
